The Best part of this property is the people.. 1.All The Employees are AMAZING!! 2.FOOD IS GREAT. 3.Good Swimming pool and massive lawn. 4.Very near to Kolkata. Problems: Room can be more tidy.

We had an amazing time at the resort with our family. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch and the ground was beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Here are some of the highlights: -Delicious food, including a tailored breakfast. -Friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. -Beautiful and well maintained ground with a huge pool area and walking trail. -Play area for the kids was also good. We would recommend the Gharana Resort.

We had a weekend outing with an office colleague of more than 50 members. It was an awesome experience. They were welcomed with a welcome drink and then breakfast. When I took 1st bite food and it said about food quality. Rooms are also big. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We played cricket on the playground. It's a memorable trip.

Food served in restaurant is very delicious. However room price is not justified. Good for a day outing/picnic but avoid staying.

Great Staff with Very good service. Staff has a very helpful approach. Food quality and choice of food is also very good. Restaurant staff members are also very friendly.

The resort is good, the food is amazing but the amenities of the resort are not much. There is nothing to do at the resort apart from enjoying the pool. The biggest dissatisfaction is there is no welcome drink on arrival

Food quantity is lowest ever I experience, 5 plate chicken we hv to order for 7 person. Dal servings jar half filled with matel we can't measure quantity. Room executive class charged Rs. 2800/-, however quality of executive room was Rs. 2000/- (Maximum). Ice cube charged Rs. 100/packet. If u order glass, plate through room service, would be recive till ur party end. Ur Ghar party is much better than Gharana Resort.

Very good place and mostly near Kolkata for any events. It can be a day out, or any kind of tour. Food, room neat and clean pool and all staff are really friendly. Will visit again.
